TERENGGANU are back at the top of the Super League standings after blowing away Pahang 5-0 at home to build a three-point lead over previous leaders Kelantan, who suffered their first home defeat in Kota Baru yesterday.

Indra Putra Mahayuddin turned hero for T-Team when his injury time goal earned his side a 2-1 morale-boosting win over Kelantan.

Badrul Hisani Abdul Rahman silenced the passionate Kelantan fans at the Sultan Mohd IV Stadium by putting T-Team ahead in the 45th minute. But Kelantan equalised five minutes from time through Nurul Azwan Roya.

Selangor sunk deeper into trouble waters by losing 2-1 to Young Tigers A in a near-empty Shah Alam Stadium.

Tigers A scored against the run of play after a long cross into the penalty box found striker Izzaq Faris Ramlan, who guided the ball with his head into goal in the 41st minute.

The visitors added their second through Syahrul Azwari in the 62nd minute before Safiq Rahim reduced the deficit for Selangor with a free kick two minutes later.

In Kuala Terengganu, Abdul Hadi Yahya turned hero by scoring a hat-trick for Terengganu in the 22nd, 53rd and 56th minutes.

Ashaari Samsuddin put Terengganu ahead in the 16th minute while Manaf Mamat added their fifth in the 75th minute.

In Cheras, Kuala Lumpur earned a point after they drew 1-1 with Negri Sembilan.

A fine free kick by KL forward Ahmad Hazwan Bakri broke the deadlock in the 24th minute, leaving Negri keeper Farizal Harun rooted to the spot. Aidil Zafuan Radzak levelled proceedings for Negri with a header, off a corner kick, in the 72nd minute.
